How to Create and Edit Class Schedules

How to Assign Viewing Schedules to Classes:

Please Note: If your classes do not have an active class policy assigned to them, they will simply follow the default location policy's viewing schedule and configurations.

Creating a new schedule for a class:

You can create class schedules in Class Policies.

Assigning Classes to the Schedule:

To assign which classes will follow this schedule/policy, continue to the classes section within the policy

This will bring up a list of all of your Classes.

Next, Select Activate Policy for Class to the right.

Once More, select Activate Policy.

Any Class that has the policy active for them will have their status as active.

From here, you can also unassign a policy from a Class.

Select Deactivate Policy for Class.
