How to Edit Classes Within a Family

To update classes for a child within a family, you will need to locate the Family Name or Primary User under the Families Section in your dashboard. Once you have located the family:

1. Select the Eye Icon on the right-hand side of your screen to view the family's information.
2. Once you have selected the Eye icon, you will be directed to the family information window. From here you will need to select the "Children" tab at the top of the screen as in the picture below:
3. After you have selected the Children tab, you will need to select the pencil icon for the child's access you would like to change
4. Next, you will be directed to the child's information within the family account. To add a class to existing access, you can type or select the new classroom from the drop-down list. If you would like to remove an existing class from access, simply click the "X" in the text box or next to the individual class.
5. When the access information is complete, click the purple Submit button to save your work. This will then bring you back to the Children information tab. 

To Transfer Now or Schedule a Transfer for Children Within a Family:

1. Once on the family section, select the Open Door icon of the child that you would like to schedule the class transfer for.
2. This will bring you to the class transfer Modal. The children within this family account will populate under Children. You can adjust which children within this family account you would like to transfer.
   
3. You can then select The Transfer Later or Transfer Now option. Then the action that you would like to take place for this child(ren). 
   
   
4. Finally, input the date you would like this transfer to take place. 
   
5. Select Submit to Save complete this.
