Parent Vs. Relative Accounts

How do they Differ?

Parent accounts are the main holders of access, whereas a relative account is directly linked to the parent. When the Families account is updated, the relative account will automatically be updated.

How to Spot the Difference?

In the Registrations section, under pending, all new registrations will populate. The type of account will be listed in the Relationship column. It will either say Parent/Guardian or Relative.

How to Spot What Access the Relative Account has?

Relative accounts will have the same access that the parent account has. The access will still be listed next to the relative name in the Registrations section under the classes column.
