How to Approve Pending Registrations
Once you are logged into your PB&J TV Admin Dashboard, you will be brought right to your home page. To see all of your pending accounts Select the "Registrations" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
- You will automatically be brought to your "Pending" tab. This is where all of your pending accounts will automatically populate.
- In this tab, you will be able to see the parent's first/last names, children that are attached to them, phone number, and their family name. You will also be able to see the classrooms that they have selected upon registering.
- When you are ready to approve the account, you will need to select the check mark on the very right-hand side of the screen. Once you've done this, that parent will be notified that they are an active user.
How to Schedule Approvals
Once you are logging into your PB&J TV Admin Dashboard, select the "Registrations" tab on the left-hand side of your screen. This will bring you to where all of your new accounts are located. If there is an account that you would like to have access to the cameras but at a future date, there is a way to schedule the account to automatically be approved! To do this simply
- Locate the account under the "Pending" registrations
- To schedule an account to be automatically approved on a future date, click the three dots or the more icon on the far right in the row that corresponds to the account. Then select Schedule Approval.
- A window will then pop up in the middle of the screen asking for the future date you would like the account to be approved on. After you select the approval date, click the "Approve" button at the bottom of the window.
- Now the account will be listed under your "Schedule" tab in your Registrations window. You will still be able to view all their information as well as the approval date to the right.
- If you would like to remove the future approval date, simply click the calendar on the right side of the screen and the account will repopulate under the "Pending" tab.
