Pausing a Viewer's Account
On the viewer's section under active you can pause a viewer's account by finding the lock icon to the far right next to their name.
The next step is to select the lock icon and choose a Lockout End Date. Leaving this blank will pause a viewer for an indefinite amount of time until you manually re-enable the account. Choosing a date will leave the viewer paused until the selected date.
After a date is chosen, you then select Lock Viewer. This will make the once-active viewer account move to the Paused tab.
Enabling a Paused Viewer
Once on the viewer's tab under Paused, you can unpause the viewer's account by finding the same lock icon used to pause the account.
After selecting the lock icon, you will be prompted to select yes you are sure, or to cancel your selection.
Once the account is enabled, the viewer will then be put back into the active page and can begin tuning in!
