Traffic control allows you to review and manage a Viewers log in's. This is done within the Viewers section.
To the Far right of each Viewers account, there is a Traffic control icon. When this is selected, all of the Viewers logins will populate, starting with the most recent.
These logins can also be filtered by the date in case you are wanting to review past logins.
When a Login Is marked as Valid, then the session is being counted in the total used sessions for the day. This is displayed in the Is Session Valid column.
Login Limit
Each Viewer has a login in allowance which is the total amount of sessions in a day that they can log in. This is determined by their active policy. A Viewers login allowance is displayed in the top right of the traffic control tab. The first number displayed is the current amount of sessions used for that day over the total amount allowed.
Right below that number is the active policy that the log-in limit is being pulled from.
Resetting a Viewers Logins
When a Viewer use all of their allotted sessions in a day, they can no longer log in until the next day. If you want to allow a Viewer to log in after using all of their sessions, you can invalidate/reset an entire day's worth of sessions or a singular session.
To Invalidate/Reset a Viewers entire day's worth of sessions, you can select the Reset Today's Session option.
You will now see their total session number set back to zero as if they hadn't logged in at all.
To Invalidate/Reset a singular login, you can toggle the button in the Is session Valid column. This will subtract that session from the total for the day, allowing them to use another one.
