Setting Up Alert Notifications

To ensure that you will receive the unattended child text alerts, visit your PB&J TV Epic Admin dashboard. 

 

1. Once logged in to your Epic Admin Dashboard, select Organization, then Users. 

2.  Locate your account and select the Edit Icon to the right.

3. Confirm that your phone number is entered correctly. 

4. Check off the Receive Administrative Text box.

5. Once that is checked off, Verify your phone number by selecting the banner at the top of your Epic Dashboard. Enter your phone number, which will send you a text verification code. 

6. Enter the verification code sent and select Submit to confirm the Text Alert Notifications.
