During the initial integration connection, the primary contacts in Kangarootime will be sent an email invite to register for a PB&J TV account. This registration process is a quick two-step process.
Invite Email Sent to the Main Contacts:
Once the main contacts receive the invite, they will select Create and Sync My Account!
Then, they will follow the quick two-step registration below!
Once completed, they will be pending approval and will not gain any access until they have been approved and are checked in through the Kangarootime Connect App.
Manually Sending Additional Invites:
If you need to send additional email invites for viewers to register, you can visit the Families tab and select Resend Invites. This will send a new invite to any main contact that has not registered yet.
**If a family member who is not a primary contact wants to gain camera access, and the school allows for it, they will need to be invited by a main contact that has been approved through the PB&J TV App.
