Creating An Event

1. Once Logged in to your Epic Dashboard, navigate to the Events Tab. 

 

2. Select Create Event in the top right corner. 

 

3. Add an Event Name and Description. Remember to add reminders or special notes you want your parents to know. (parents can see the event name and details) 

 

4. Select the Event Date and the Start and End time. 

 

5.  Enter Classes that will be a part of the event and the Cameras that will be available during the event. 
*The class selection determines the group of viewers that will be invited to the event while the camera selection determines the available camera during the event. 

6. Upload a Thumbnail Image that represents the event By selecting Choose File. (this is not required) 

7. If you would like an Announcement  Notification sent out to your parents, you can check off the corresponding box and set the date/time this Notification will be sent out. *There will also be a reminder announcement sent out 24 hours before the event and 1 hour prior to the event(when possible). *
